APP: What devices will support the Into the Godsgrave companion app?

The Into the Godsgrave app will be available for iOS and Android phones/tablets and also laptops/computers on Windows, macOS, and Linux also.

APP: Can I start a new campaign if I am already in the middle of one?

Yes, you can. The app allows for unlimited “profiles” to be created and each one can have a separate campaign active.

APP: Can I save my game at any point?

At the end of each “in-game day”, the app will automatically save your scenario/campaign progress.

COMPONENTS: Will the boxes/inserts fit sleeved cards?

Yes, you will be able to store sleeved cards inside the game boxes/inserts.

COMPONENTS: What scale are the miniatures?

All miniatures are in an RPG standard scale similar from other mainstream miniature producers. The average human is 28mm tall and the miniatures in the campaign range from 28mm to 130mm tall!

GAMEPLAY: Can I play solo?

Yes you can. You can play true solo with a single character, or any number of characters between 1 and 4.

LANGUAGE EDITIONS: When can I choose the language for my copy of Into the Godsgrave?

You will be able to choose your preferred language during the Pledge Manager after the campaign is over. Please note that FR and ES versions will be delivered approximately 3 months after the EN version.

A German edition will be available from our partners at SpieleOffensive via separate campaign. We will share an update about the launch of this campaign once the date is confirmed. We are contacting our partners to have a retail edition of the game in a number of other languages and will share an update when any of these are confirmed.

SHIPPING: When will Into the Godsgrave deliver to backers?

We estimate a delivery of December 2024. This project is very early in its development and we have a long plan of game design, writing, artwork creation, and sculpting ahead of us. We’re so excited to welcome you on this journey with us!

SHIPPING: Will I have to pay customs charges?

This project is US, CA, EU, UK, CH, AU, and CN-friendly. Rewards bound for the US, CA, EU, UK, CH, AU, and CN will ship from within these regions, so no extra customs charges. This also applies to the following countries that will ship with VFI Asia within their regions: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Rewards destined for New Zealand will ship from Australia.

If you live outside of the regions listed above you may be liable to pay customs charges.

SHIPPING (UK): Will I have to pay customs for games being shipping to the UK?

We have arranged a partnership with a UK fulfillment company to fulfill the UK pledges domestically. We will ship pallets of games to them and pay for customs for the games to enter the UK. This means that you will not have any customs charges to pay, since your pledge will ship from within the UK.

VAT: Should I expect to add VAT to the actual price of the pledge ?

In compliance with the EU and UK laws, VAT will also be charged on the Pledge Manager system for EU and UK backers. The actual VAT will be based on the total order price plus actual shipping costs. The VAT to be charged on each pledge will be clearly displayed in the Pledge Manager system before the final confirmation. European countries that are not part of the European Union or UK will not be charged VAT.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
